Hi
First time poster
I've a couple of queries I'm hoping you might be able to clear up.

The last publication of Station Categories appears to be 2009. It's now missing almost 50 of the newest opened stations. Have there been any updates?

Looking at the NapTan database, Minffordd Ffestiniog Railway Station, on the narrow gauge tourist line, has been issued with a CRS code (MFD); which seems surprising. Anybody know the reason why?

Could it be to do with through ticketing? Porthmadog had both the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland listed

Do these so called station classifications actually mean anything?
They apparently define amongst other things the basic platform facilities that should be provided, but I don’t think they’re really meant to have a public facing purpose?

The source list that appeared in the annexes to the “better stations report” back whenever, 2009?, appears to have just been a snapshot in time.
