I don't see why not, though normal restrictions would apply.

You as the cardholder need to travel with the extra passengers for the tickets to be valid. If everyone is to travel for the entire journey then it will be you + 3 passengers, not 6. What TOC are you considering using?

IMO no the wording in the T&C's has the word 'holder' appended to the end of 'gold card' having the effect that it is 3 additional passengers per 'gold card holder' rather than per 'gold card'

The Gold Card holder may be accompanied by up to three other adults at the same
discounted fare each, and up to four children at the prevailing flat fare each. Please note,
from 2 January 2012 the Child flat fare will be £2.00.
