Whats the point, we had myspace, originally for DJs and bands, and bebo for teenagers, now facebook which seems to set the trend, so whats the point in more? Its just a waste of servers, bandwith and more logins and pointless emails in your inbox.

Personally, I think it beats Facebook for updates, integrates well with iPod touch, and you can follow people such as @stephenfry.
