Travel Channel are showing two episodes of Tough Trains this coming weekend - Vietnam on Saturday and Cuba on Sunday. I've seen the Bolivia episode before which was good.

I tried to watch it but I had to turn it off due to the presenter's awful voice - not the sound, the accent.

The presenter, Zay Harding, does have an American accent not an old fashioned British accent like Julian Davidson but I don't agree that his accent would make you reach for the off switch, it's less strong than most American accents. Although, Anthony Bourdain's programs on Travel do make me reach for the off switch!
