I find the London Underground status information on SWR's journey check quite useful:

For the past maybe couple of weeks it has suggested the Overground between Richmond and Stratford is closed:

"No service between Stratford and Richmond/Clapham Junction and SEVERE DELAYS between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside while Network Rail fix a signal failure at Richmond. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses and London Underground services via reasonable routes. GOOD SERVICE on all other routes."

But the status information at TFL's site does not show this and RTT shows all those trains running perfectly normally! Yes, we know there are signalling issues at Richmond but the original one seems long fixed.

Does journey check get it's data via a different feed than the one used at TFL?

Looking at social media, it would appear that this is a snapshot of some time in about a 50 minute window during the afternoon of last Monday (2nd Sept), as that is when both the Central line reported Minor delays due to a signal failure at Northolt and a faulty train at Stratford, alongside the Overground being suspended on the North London line and experiencing delays on the Goblin due to a signal failure at Richmond.

Other independent sources which get live data from TfL seem unaffected, so seems unlikely to be connected with the hacking incident.

Several live data feeds went offline at about 14:30 on 2 Sept as this was when TfL took the first steps to protect themselves from the cyber incident. So if it is not connected, the time snapshot that this feed is stuck on seems quite coincidental!

I reckon SWR will need to reboot the feed on that page. It's almost certainly to do with the TfL cyber-attack.

I see SWR have finally removed the tube status section from their journey check site.
