Tube links which are missing in the National Rail timetable data

A while ago I was told that it is possible to transfer from the South West Main Line to the Thameslink to Bedford by the direct Jubilee tube line from Waterloo - West Hampstead, which is the best way and the fastest way to transfer between the lines involved, however it is a "secret" which is never shown by National Rail journey planners because the industry timetable data don't have this tube link.

Afterwards I have found out many more pairs of stations which are optimal for cross-London journeys, but the data is missing, causing journey planners not showing such links. Examples I have found, which are valid on a Maltese Cross ✠ ticket (with the exception of Beckenham Junction - East Croydon, which requires a ticket routed Tramlink 2), at least include:

  • Waterloo - West Hampstead by Jubilee: South Western Railway - Thameslink
  • Kentish Town - Euston by Northern: Thameslink - Avanti West Coast / London Northwestern Railway
  • Woolwich Arsenal - West Ham by DLR: Southeastern - c2c (a link to Stratford by DLR does exist instead)
  • Beckenham Junction - East Croydon by tram: Southeastern - Southern (ticket with tram travel included does exist, but an itinerary can never be generated on retailers)
  • Richmond / Wimbledon - Paddington by District: South Western Railway - GWR
  • Richmond - Ealing Broadway by District: South Western Railway - Elizabeth line
  • Vauxhall - Finsbury Park by Victoria: South Western Railway - Thameslink / Great Northern (Vauxhall - Tottenham Hale and Victoria - Finsbury Park both exist)
  • Harrow-on-the-Hill - St Pancras / Kings Cross / Farringdon / Moorgate / Liverpool Street / Fenchurch Street by Metropolitan: Chiltern (Amersham) - elsewhere
  • Harrow-on-the-Hill - West Hampstead: Chiltern (Amersham) - Thameslink (Luton)
There are also the following tube connections which aren't defined in the Maltese Cross station list:
  • Sudbury Hill - Harrow-on-the-Hill: can be used to transfer between the Chiltern branches
  • Harrow-on-the-Hill - Kenton: can be used to transfer between between the Aylesbury line and the West Coast Main Line (National Rail ticket can't be used to exit at Northwick Park)
All the above examples can produce journeys which can save time / changes (or both) compare to what official retailers generate, especially those which avoid the use of London Terminals which is much harder to navigate compared to smaller stations. For example, the Jubilee from Waterloo to West Hampstead saves at least one change compared to official retailers if the SWR train doesn't call at Clapham Junction, the Northern from Kentish Town to Euston saves at least 5 minutes compared to official retailers telling to change between St Pancras and Euston.

Are there any other examples as well?

Finsbury Park to Vauxhall seems to be a notable missing link.
