Could anyone advise on the reliability of the first train of the day from Upminster (0458) and the 0622 from Kensington Olympia. On a Thursday if it makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

I have no insider info or personal knowledge, but if you use TfL's Working Timetables (WTT) to look up the train+trip numbers (0458 from Upminster is train 110 trip 1, and 0622 from Kensington Olympia is train 72 trip 2), then you can use eta's intertube's historical search to check the actual arrival and departure times on any date of your choice and compare with the WTT, although the information might be fragmented (and I presume substitutions during disruption might be difficult to find?). For example, on Thursday 19/3 the 0458 from Upminster (+ part 2) and the 0622 from Kensington Olympia appear to have run to time.

I would imagine the 0458 would be very reliable as this will be run by a night crew who will have run the last train the previous evening.
