So on the 16th December 2019 I was at Chippenham station. On the Bath bound platform a light loco went through. Now this locomotive was either a class 59/66 and it had a nameplate I swear said NSE 100. Also below the centre between cab windows at both ends it wore a small network southeast blue red white badge.
I don't think it was in EWS, DB or GBRf livery however I'm not 100% sure.
Now I can't remember more than that, such as destination or starting location or other colours features and I've searched for everything I can think of to find the locomotive however I cannot find it. Has anybody seen it, or has any idea on it. It a nice loco and I really want to find it, Thank you

After a quick search on Flickr I came across this, could this maybe what you saw?

Yes! This is it, 59101. I've came across it on google a couple of times when searching as I knew the loco was in a uncommon livery (not DB, EWS, GBRf, ect) however even searching it now I don't think I can find another photo of 59101 with the NSE badge. So I think on the other side of the loco there was a large plaque/nameplate that said NSE 100 by the cab door. I'm 100% sure if the NSE badge featured at both ends however from photos online it must be a recent addition. Thanks for helping me.
