Trying to find a link to trainee train driver starting salary

Hi guys ,Ive spent a good hour trying to find a link to trainee train drivers salaries in particular Northern ,however im having abit of a struggle ,if any one could post a link it would be appreciated.
Ive gone through search etc ,Im normally thorough so apologies if Ive overlooked something.

Its usually around the 24-26k mark in the first year

Just under 20k at Northern I think.

As far as I remember last time I saw a vacancy at Northern was around £16 k so a bit less than other TOC's.
