Trivia: Weekend services which have a better frequency than a weekday

Are there many examples of services which the weekend frequently is better than the weekday

For example D&g run between Leek and Buxton 2 return journeys Monday to Friday, but Saturday and Sunday its 3 return journeys (Sundays different service number)

Go North East's 689 from Consett to Hexham via Slaley Hall has two return trips on weekdays and three on Saturdays.

Stagecoach East Scotland's 87 was formerly an example. The service operated between Dunfermline and North Queensferry via Duloch Park and Dalgety Bay, a long route which took 1h15mins to complete. As there was little desire to use more than two vehicles on what was (and still is) a council subsidised route, the 87 operated at the odd frequency of every 1h20mins - 1h15 to complete the route with five minutes of layover time.

However on Sundays, while it still operated, it ran a much shorter section of the full route, only running between Dunfermline and Duloch Park. As this section only took 26 minutes to complete in one direction, an hourly frequency operated with one vehicle. Hence, the frequency on Sundays was hourly, with the route operating every hour and 20 minutes on all other days.

The 87 is now operated by Bay Travel and a number of adjustments, section swaps, and Stagecoach operating the Sunday service as part of a different numbered route (service 84) means this setup is no longer the case and the specific 84/87 corridor between Dunfermline and Duloch Park receives an hourly frequency all week.

Red Rose's W1 route has a one-way journey from Watford to Maple Cross on Mon-Sats at 19:15, but has an hourly service both ways on Sundays, extending to Garston!

Cheating a bit here but in the mid-late nineties LRT, as Lothian were known then, ran some journeys on service 23 as service 37 during Mondays to Friday daytimes. These were interworked at Morningside and followed the same route as far as Goldenacre on a combined 10-minute frequency.

At Goldemacre, the routes split with the 23 (as now) running to Trinity and the 37 to Granton, each leg being served every 20 minutes. On Saturdays, all journeys ran as service 23 every 15 minutes, thus giving Trinity a better frequency on Saturdays then it did on the other days of the week.

Newport Bus 74 (https://bustimes.org/services/74-newport-chepstow-4) has one round trip + one single journey every Monday-Saturday, but a 2-3 hour frequency on a Sunday.
