Excluding LU (as most of their's might intersect), are there any railway tunnels which run directly under actual stations? Tunnels that are still in use.

The only one I can think of is New Street south tunnel going under part of Birmingham Moor Street.

The New Street line under Moor Street is slightly disconcerting / annoying since normally when standing on a station platform, hearing train noises is a good indicator that the train is arriving. On Moor Street this isn't necessarily the case.

Dove Holes Tunnel on the Great Rocks line runs within ten chains of going directly under Dove Holes station on the Buxton line

A rather obscure one, and not still in use, however a disused tunnel which once carried the Saundersfoot Railway passes directly beneath Saundersfoot station on the Pembroke Dock branch. I believe it’s even owned by Network Rail, at least in part.

Likewise for Caledonian Road, Canonbury, Hackney Central, Maryland and Barking. It's interesting how it effectively runs underneath a group of existing lines as it makes it way to St Pancras.

You've also got Finsbury Park in the same area too.

Nowhere near. Middlewood Way crosses by a bridge above the platforms of Middlewood Station on the Stockport-Buxton line. Disley station is the best part of two miles further towards Buxton, and Disley Tunnel is a bit further still.

That was done intentionally to confound future railway fantasy infrastructure proposals, such as grade separated junctions between ELL, NLL, Canonbury Curve, etc etc…

Maps show the old High Lane station immediately north of the A6. The big Disley tunnel is at least 400m north of the A6, so the station would have needed to have HS2-length platforms to reach it.

The platforms of both stations end before you get near the bridge where the two lines cross. This is especially the case for the platforms of North Western, which don't extend very far north of (the street called) Wallgate.

It goes under the main road. The wcml crosses after wallgate station.

Some distance beyond the east end of the platforms, though as it's in tunnel, it would in theory be possible to extend the platforms above it.
