With recent changes the town of Wilmslow now has a different operator for each of it's four routes:
88 - D&G Bus
130 - Arriva
200 - Springfield Bus & Coach
378 - Stagecoach

How many other towns have one operator per service (excluding those that only have one bus route)?

Quite a few, if you allow two routes only, but I'm pretty sure there will be other places with three too.
