I think FGW are the only operator on the North Cotswold Line. Oxford to just before Worcester Shrub Hill. Best wishes, Stephen.
The Grand Central trains that don't call at Pontefract Monkhill take a different route to Wakefield via Fitzwilliam.
And I believe that they are the only TOC to use the track between Hare Park Junction and Crofton West Junction.
As far as I know that is the only track used exclusively by GC, they rest they share with either Northern, TPE or East Coast.
In the wee hours, the Caledonian Sleepers also come along here (Golborne Jn / Winwick Jn direct line, that is).I think Virgin Trains may be the only company that uses the line that bypasses Newton-Le-Willows between Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan North Western.
With the exception of West Midlands area branches, London Midland shares the lions share of its routes.
Umm, there's a curve at Hambleton Junction that they use independently to get from the ECML north of Doncaster to the Hull line.
