TRIVIA: The newest listed buildings

There are already a number of buildings dating from the 1960s that are listed, including two in Sheffield for example: the Park Hill flats and the university Arts Tower. I wonder if there are any listed buildings in the UK (or anywhere else in the world for that matter) that were built in the 1970s, 80s or even more recently? Does a building have to be at least a certain number of years old to be listed?

I would fully expect some buildings dating from the 1990s and early 2000s to be listed within the next few decades, such as the Winter Gardens in Sheffield for example.

The British Library was finished in the mid 90s and has Grade 1 listing, that I do know!

IIRC Humber Bridge (opened 1981) was awarded Grade 1 status a few years ago.

I can think of No 1 Poultry (London) and Aztec West (Bristol) from the 90s.

It's interesting to think of the "Long 90s" which could extend to the 2008 recession or the 2010 end of the Labour government.

The National Theatre building in London, opened 1976, was Grade II* listed in 1994.
