Looking at the Southeastern timetable I have found out that there is a train departing Hayes 23:52 Sunday which runs non-stop to London Charing Cross in half an hour.

This train doesn't call at any intermediate stations. Not even London Bridge.

Are there any other non-stop trains in the whole National Rail network, in the long-term timetable, which run non-stop from origin to destination while passing at least one other station non-stop? This excludes trains which shuttle between two stations without intermediate stations en-route.

Gatwick Express on Sundays is the first example I can think of, but are there any other examples as well? I'd like to know those which are not in the normal service pattern like the one mentioned above, and those which skip major stations such as London Bridge.

In the days before Thameslink and Cambridge North, lots of trains between Kings Cross and Cambridge did this. But there's only one still standing: the 0822 Cambridge to Kings Cross on Sunday mornings (when not cancelled by engineering work).

Quite a few Oxford - Didcot shuttles do this. Admittedly, they only skip three small stations so you'd struggle to call them super-fast, but they do meet your criteria.

A number of Looe Liskeards do this, if you include the reversal as non-stop seeing as it doesn't open the doors. Again, the stations it skips are very small so you'd struggle to put them down as super-fast but it does meet the criteria. There's a couple of Par Newquays that does it too.

Wasn't there an evening Paddington Oxford going non-stop including through Reading and then terminating?
Oh, and certainly pre-COVID, there were several 12-450 trains that would work additional morning peak services into Waterloo, and then work a non-stop Waterloo Woking back in passenger service, before either stabling there or running fast to Farnham, Basingstoke or Guildford to stable.
