Most if not all of the Paris main line termini (Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon etc)
Sheffield
Not since before the Covid pandemic. The ones at some other stations such as St Pancras have since returned (or been unlocked if they were left in situ but locked during the pandemic) but not the ones at Sheffield (where for a time there used to be two).

There's a few about - apparently a lot of them are in need of retuning though according to those that play them!

I should imagine it's almost impossible to keep them in tune with variations in temperature and humidity.*

*I know absolutely nothing about pianos or playing music at all and am rather jealous of my 8 year old son who started tinkling the ivory in July and can now play Fur Elise and The beginning of Moonlight Sonata amongst other things (and they actually sound good!).
