Trivia: Signals with all six junction indicators

I see in the RAIB report for the Lumo overspeed incident that signal P468 at Peterborough has 5 different junction indicators (1,2,4,5,6). Is there any signal that has a full set of 6 junction indicators?

A previous discussion on the subject some years ago concluded that five was the maximum at the time:

Six feathered signals

Are there any such signals out there. The most I have ever seen on a signal is five (see attached photo of Nuneaton). Are there any signals with all 6????? Many thanks to Adrian the Rock and his superb website: http://www.roscalen.com/index.htm
