Bangor to Westenhanger in Kent. (Sadly Moggerhanger in Bedfordshire has no station.) Bonus points if you consider there's a Bangor in Northern Ireland. Helen's Bay to St Helen's is also a cross-sea trip, as is Cultra to Low Moor (the first station, along the southern coast of Belfast Lough, is pronounced Cultraw), but I had to search for that one a bit...
Also Dublin to Blackpool. May not make sense at first glance, but the Irish etymology of Dublin is dubh lin -- Blackpool (although the official Irish name is Baile Ath Cliath) With a stop at Welshpool on days with an r in them, and Liverpool on the others.
