0325 Peterborough to Kings Cross via Hertford, the only service from PBO to go via Hertford and stop at stations on the loop. None of the northbound ones do.
The 16:43 to Edinburgh is pretty darned close.I don't believe that the 10:00 Glasgow Central to London Euston has a northbound version.
Stopping points are: Carlisle, Penrith, Preston, Wigan NW, Warrington BQ, Crewe, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Dudley, Birmingham NS, Birmingham International, Coventry, Milton Keynes.
Is Carstairs to Glasgow one way?
I think as well there is a CrossCountry service that runs through Livingston South that is one way although it dosen't stop.
According to RealTimeTrains, there's no passenger services passing through Livingston South non-stop at present. I think there used to be one such service (IIRC the 06:00 off GLC), but it's now just ECS services in both directions.

Just checked the 21:05 Saturdays only is scheduled to tun through Livingston South and does carry passengers although it dosen't call.
It's mainly the fact it doesn't stop at Lancaster. I don't know of any other VT(WC) services to not stop there.

It does call at Lancaster? At 2007.
1Y20 0521 Oban to Glasgow Queen Street - The only West Highland Line service to call at Cardross, Singer, Maryhill and Possilpark & Parkhouse. There is no evening peak equivalent.
Yeah, Arrochar and Tarbet was 1Y20's starting point before the December 2014 timetable change.I was just coming to add that to this list if it hadn't already!
It's got a bit of an interesting history. Until very recently it started at Arrochar and Tarbet (I think) and essentially provided the SPT stations on the WHL with a morning commuter service into Glasgow. On its way, it stopped at the same stations, presumably as it would have plenty of space for more commuters in the busy morning peak! Of course, it's recently been extended to Oban, but for historical reasons it still has the same stopping pattern.
There was a train heading to Oban and Fort William at 18:10 or thereabouts in the evening, so there was no specific need for a return service with a matching stopping pattern.

The 05:30 London to Glasgow service doesn't appear to have a return working.
The morning 'extra' TPE 0631 Middlesbrough - Liverpool always stood out as a strange one. All others go to Man Airport. There's no return journey either as far as I'm aware.
There's no down Flying Scotsman.
Edit: I see that Mag_seven already mentioned this one.
IIRC Several services run from Blackpool North to Huddersfield, but the reverse workings go to Wigan Wallgate.
This appears to remain in Platform 1 for just over an hour before forming the 11:40 London Euston via Trent Valley Railway service.

Each pair of stations is connected in both directions though, so it's an interesting but not extreme example. You misunderstand. There is not up service that has the same stopping patter. Maybe I should have worded my own comment better.
