All trains from Cardiff Bay only run to Cardiff Queen Street and from Stourbridge Town trains all just go to Stourbridge Junction. A change of train is required to travel anywhere further.

I've a hunch there may be other examples , possibly Parliamentary trains, where there is only one possible direct destination . Does not count if the train passes through a station without stopping. Any suggestions ?

Can't think of any others with just 1 - Teesside Airport only has two though (Dinsdale and Darlington)

Sadly Cardiff Bay can be excluded due to the existence of the 2354 Cardiff Bay to Cardiff Central service (http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/P55897/2018/10/23/advanced) ;)

London Necropolis? :)

Actually it had 3 destinations, all of them at Brookwood.

The destination of all trains stopping at Bache or Capenhurst is Chester - check it out on Real Time Trains.

Agreed that Cardiff Bay to Cardiff Queen street fails the test in view of that final journey on to Cardiff Central.

Some of the other suggestions are definitely not eligible, eg Norwich to Sheringham has 7 calling points. The concept was stations where you can travel ONLY to one or two different stations without needing to change, not just "dead end" destinations like Sheringham of which there must be dozens.

Although you can travel to many other stations from Bache or Capenhurst without changing trains. So sadly, that fails the OP's test.

Emerson Park, depending on direction you can only go to Romford or Upminster

So the only 2 mentioned so far which pass the OP's test are:
Stourbridge Town - Stourbridge Junction
Slough - Windsor & Eden Central [unit starts/ends the day as ECS]

Stations with only 2 directly served destinations:
Cardiff Bay (Cardiff Queen Street & once a day to Cardiff Central)
Emerson Park (Romford or Upminster)
Lymington Pier (Lymington Town & Brockenhurst)
Lymington Town (Lymington Pier & Brockenhurst)
Tees-side Airport (Dinsdale & Darlington)
Bromley North (Sundridge Park & Grove Park)
Sundridge Park (Bromley North & Grove Park)
Kenilworth (Leamington Spa & Coventry)

All trains from Looe run to Liskeard. Also, pretty sure all trains from Falmouth Docks run to Truro?

I was just about to put Denton and Reddish South as only having trains to Stalybridge.... didn't realise a bloody return service had been introduced as part of the May timetable changes!

But there are four stations between Looe and Liskeard and three stations between Falmouth Docks and Truro. The original concept was for zero stations on the A-B route as with Windsor to Slough and Strourbridge Town to Stourbridge Junction but then expanded to one intermediate station such as the line from Bromley North to Grove Park via only Sundridge Park and the Upminster to Romford line via only Emerson Park
