[Trivia] Busy stations without level access

I'm looking for the stations used by the most people without level access or a plan for them to become accessible. I would include all platforms with scheduled services.

The busiest appears to be Ilford where there are only stairs to access platforms (surprisingly - Wikipedia says it was built in the 1980s). However it seems there will be lifts installed as part of the Crossrail redevelopment (unless this has already begun?).

Does Watford Junction have step-free access to platform 11 via a side gate? I seem to remember it does.

The next busiest, then, I think I have found is Manchester Oxford Road where platform 1 has no step-free access. There probably is a plan to add a lift here as part of enlarging the station though?

Following that, Balham looks like it has no access to the fast line platforms, but would be OK if all services are scheduled on the slow line platforms?

The next then are Peckham Rye and Seven Sisters. Are these both staircases only and of so, do either have plans for lifts to be added?

Brixton requires a complete rebuild imho and Bromley North-as there is no step free access from the 'popper' platform at Grove Park.

I'll put forward Ealing Broadway. No step free access, apart from the District & Central lines to Plt 4 for trains towards Paddington. Because over Christmas, all GWR trains will be terminating there, passengers requiring step free access are advised to change at Reading for Waterloo, Oxford for Marylebone or Birmingham New St for Euston.

Dorking Deepdene has step access only, with signs directing people to Dorking West (500m down the road) should they require stepfree access, however no mention of the two-hourly service at Dorking West compared to Deepdene's half-hourly one!

Does Watford Junction have step-free access to platform 11 via a side gate? I seem to remember it does.

It's a footpath from platform 9/10, around the buffer stops at the end of platform 10, and then back up to platform 11.

I'm not sure if lifts have been fitted yet but Luton for several years has been a pain owing to NR shutting the barrow crossing without providing a replacement.

Spalding station lost it's level access to the down platform in the same circumstances and in the event of one of the two trains a day (though more can go over there now with an increasing number of freight trains the evening shuttles have a habit of arriving over there then shunting to suit) that call at it requiring mobility access, the train guard has to call the signaller to get it replatformed with a delays allocated to a pre arranged code.

Harrow on the Hill has steps either side , but the local paper says that in 2017 step free access work will begin
