How fast and by what routes can one travel on heavy rail by scheduled services stopping at each of the main London Terminii? Each terminus can be visited only once.

Once committed to clockwise or anti-clockwise that direction must be maintained,so no skipping stations and returning later if connections are adverse.

By "all main London termini, clockwise / anticlockwise", I'm guessing you mean Victoria – Paddington – Marylebone – Euston Road cluster – Moorgate – Liverpool Street – Fenchurch Street – Cannon Street – London Bridge – Blackfriars – Waterloo – Charing Cross – Victoria so in that order and without Farringdon, City Thameslink, Vauxhall or Old Street?
