Trip to Worcester & Long Marston (249g drone flying included)

Heya all, I'm not sure if anyone here can give me some advice, on Saturday I'm supposed to be heading to Worcester on Saturday with a brief visit to Long Marston with the drone, but I'm unsure of if there's any restrictions etc around the area, because I don't want to fly the drone and then I end up laying on the ground in cuffs with police dogs around me, any advice/information would be greatly appreciated, ta!

If you mean that you intend to fly the drone near the railway at Long Marston, and you haven't contacted Network Rail, then I suggest you don't. My understanding is that flying any drone near the railway without permission could be a criminal offence.
Anyhow, the link below includes a contact address for Network Rail. Better to ask them rather than us random types online.

It is illegal to fly a drone on or near the railway. Even the cheapest, smallest model poses a risk to the railway, our passengers and staff.

I did wonder if some or all of the Long Marston depot was not under Network Rail control, but my maps don't show the usual "NR boundary" for such cases so I guess it is NR controlled. Anyhow, I'm sure NR will tell you if it's not their concern.
