Trip Report:
I ended up finding a glitched itinerary via KGX to my original planned hiding spot on trainsplit that was only a couple pounds more expensive than the ticket to Richmond. I had to do the standard talking to people at the gatelines in London use my ticket. It turned out I was the seeker first so I ended up buying a Z1-6 off-peak travel card. My overall journey when seeking ended up being KGX -> Farringdon -> Tottenham Court Road -> Ealing Broadway -> Ealing Common -> Acton Town -> Sudbury Town -> Ealing Common -> Acton Town -> Boston Manor -> Northfields
Then we headed back to KGX and I went to my hiding spot via London Bridge. There was literally no shops within 500 metres of the station so I literally had to Uber Eats some water along the way. After getting caught I headed to Tottenham Hale then went to Cambridge with the weekend out return. I ended up taking a total of 20 train that day

Welcome to the normal world. Not sure how there could be metaphorical shops within 500m of the station either….

What? I would expect there to be a shop selling water within 500m of a busy station.

How does your hide and seek game work?

No indication of whether the destination station was a busy one (can’t have been London Bridge itself as it’s full of shops(.

Possibly the Jet Lag: Hide & Seek game, you can find it on YouTube and they sell the stuff to play the game yourself. I've played it across London, it's a good bit of fun with the right people.

It is indeed based on that

The hiding station was not a busy station, it was some random station in the south east. I have not said which station is it to not make the glitch ticket I have used obvious

And the hiding? All that's being asked is which station it was with no shop within 500 metres.
The hiding place was the destination of the glitch ticket which I do not wish to share, but for example Beckenham Hill station also has no shops within 500 metres

Way back decided to break my journey at Harlow, and it was a really nice place to have a day trip I can completely recommend it to people who are fans of Milton Keynes.
I ended up on the 1x per hour train to Hackney Downs, then my overground train got stuck at H&I behind a freight train with a fault, so I had to reroute via London and barely made the last train home.
