Trip in London Zones 1-6

Hi guys

I've got a good few hours to spare tomorrow (like 5 of 'em) and am wondering where in the sprawling mass of zones 1 thru 6 might be a good place to spot some freight workings?

Any ideas and I'll do a little homework on what might be running

South Kenton (or the footbridge a little north) on the WCML.
Stratford.
Both spring to mind immediately.
