Having grown up in Wirksworth in the 1970s I was always fascinated by the Trent buses that used to pass through the town, especially as I used to ride them home from school. However over time my memory has been affected by almost fifty years. I am currently trying to find information on the routes during that time, not just for the buses that passed through Wirksworth but for Trent in general. I can not find anything online and the latest timetable I have seen is from 1970. Can anyone provide a list of the routes or point me in the direction of where they are posted?
Incidentally those days left such an impact on me that I have had a lifelong obsession for buses no matter where in the world I was (Hong Kong, USA, and Canada). I even ended up driving transit bus in a major Canadian city but I never forgot about Trent!
