Would anyone like to comment on the below comment from TrainSplit customer support? It was in response to a friend’s enquiry about using a Waterloo to Weymouth advance ticket to travel to Dorchester South, but more general advice would be appreciated. Is the legal position that ending a journey early is only possible on tickets with break of journey validity?
“However, we would not advocate for getting off the train before your intended destination, as this could constitute a breach of the terms of your tickets.”
