Traveling around Kent by bus

I'm really hoping somebody could help me. I need to get from Gravesend Rail Station to Lower Halstow "The Green" Thames Estuary by bus.

I can see in google maps that there are buses but I'm really struggling to link up the bus routes to plan the bus route journey. Travelling by train is out of the question as its to pricey and I can travel on buses with my pass so I would really like to do the journey by bus.

I have looked up Kent bus routes and Kent bus journey planer but I just get "No Route Found"

Maybe somebody might be able to help me even if its just part of the journey,

So its from Gravesend to Lower Halstow "The Green" Buses showing are 327, 328, 372

Arriva 190 from Gravesend to Chatham.
Chalkwell 327 from Chatham to Lower Halstow, although as some journeys start at Rainham Mark, you may have to catch Arriva 132 from Chatham to Rainham Mark or Rainham.
327 is daytime only, Mon-Sats.

The only ordinary bus service that serves Lower Halstow is the route 327 which is operated by Chalkwell Coaches however it does not serve Gravesend railway station. It is also very infrequent with just a few services a day. The 328 and 372 that you mention are both school buses.

The route it takes is Chatham - Gillingham - Rainham - Lower Halstow - Sittingbourne so it does not serve Gravesend or anywhere near.

The quickest way to get there would be to get a train from Gravesend to either Chatham or Gillingham or Rainham or Sittingbourne and then take the 327 from one of these stations to Lower Halstow.

However if you want to make the journey entirely by bus then you can take the Arriva route 190 from Gravesend to Chatham (a frequent service running every twenty minutes) and then change in Chatham for the Chalkwell Coaches route 327 bus.

Make sure to check the timetable carefully as the 327 is rather infrequent with only a couple of services a day in each direction:
