If an Off-peak Zones 1-6 Travelcard is £8.90 - how much do the touts pay and sell them for ?

Regularly on the piazza at Euston and on the route from Euston Square by the old BRB HQ building in the front of Euston there are touts asking if people have finished with their paper travel cards.

I've never seen a tout offer to buy a travelcard. I've no idea what they try and sell them for.
