Yes. Well, I doDoes everyone think it’s a generic email that most people get for similar situations ?

But this doesn't mean that you can ignore it. If anything, it will mean that there is a team working a number of cases as a project - and they'll be keen to keep them all moving along at the same speed. So if anything there's less chance of the railway forgetting about it than if you had got an individually crafted letter just about you.Yes. Well, I do![]()
As advised before, continue to say absolutely nothing in response and ignore - and make sure you’ve stopped short faring.Hi to everyone almost a month ago I posted a thread saying how I found a way to get to chelmsford from Stratford cheaper so rather than paying for ticket from Stratford I explained how Ive been purchasing a ticket with return from a stop closer to chelmsford on trainline. I also wrote how I was on greater anglia train one time to chelmsford and was asked to show my ticket to ticket inspector which of course they didn't accept and told me to purchase a ticket for £36 but because I had a railcard it got reduced and believe it may be a reason why I received a email from greater anglia in the first place. I also mentioned that they wrote that I've been having travel irregularities since the start of this year which I actually don't know what they mean by that because I don't remember doing anything around then. After receiving the first email I didn’t reply to it based on the feedback I got and after that just a couple days ago I received a similar email which I will also attach (The first attachement is the first email I received and the second one is the one I received after not responding to the first one). Please may someone advise me on what I could do. Thank you.
