transport spotting sim

hello all, i am wondering if we could come together to make a simulator all about spotting transport?
all details are in the attached pdf, and i think we should make the sim open source, that means free for anyone to use!
im really sorry if i'm sounding like a pain, but i thought that we can do something nice for the transport enthusiast community!
