"Transport Investigations"
Has anyone know anything about them?
They do do survey work, I bleieve, but they also seem to act as agents, persecuting people who have made mistakes with the unbelievably complex ticketing systems we have now ... OR ... so it appears from web-comments that I have read.
OTOH, if they are resonable employers for surveyors, I might be interested.
Anyone got any solid information?

But I know they do survey (counting, usually) work, though whether they are acting as agents, or directly for a client, I know not ...
They've sent people along to help other companies involved in passenger-counts, as I know for certain.
Or is that jsut a sideline?

it tells you on their website.........

"Our surveys combine strictly random and unpolluted sampling with data weighted in accordance with passenger flows; these provide accurate results for business decisions, and are especially important for networks where the operator doesn't take the revenue risk but works under a performance regime."

Under the "what we do" tab.

They also provide TfL information at Gatwick, funded by TfL.
Though I mainly see them helping people use the ticket machines!
