Please could you tell me if it is possible to travel from Leeds on Transpennine - in first class for a minimum supplement ?

It depends where and when you are travelling. If travelling at a weekend or bank holiday the most you will pay is the £6 Weekend First supplement. If travelling at other times it depends on your original ticket type. If travelling at peak times be aware that First Class is often full with First Class ticket holders, so the chance to upgrade may not be available.
