Transpennine Express Train Guard Shift Patterns

I've been considering becoming a Train Guard for Transpennine Express for the past couple of years and I'm curious to know how they organise their shift patterns, the amount of days in shifts, if Sunday's are voluntary, Bank holidays, etc.

Sundays and bank holidays are part of the working week with the exception of Christmas and Boxing Day (Paid at a premium)
