DB Cargo.

Shift are 8-9.30 average. Moral has improved somewhat since the start of the new franchise but it's never been great. The actual depots are good with a good bunch of people, also where you are now you'll be much more secure, I wouldn't hesitate applying.

Its not so much to do with what's happening at DB at the moment, we are only losing one driver from my depot and there is a large queue of people who want to go from there. After 13 years I'm just looking for something different. Not sure if the grass will be greener but I'm willing to try.

The proposed T & Cs that DB cargo will be working under, the grass will definitely be green on any passenger company, add to that job security.
