Do anyone have a link for the SOL form? I have one but it’s dated 2015, not sure if it’s current or not.

Is this for a Drivers position. I only ask as different TOCs/FOCs have different SOL forms so I'm unsure what you mean?

I assumed they’re all the same. Yes, it’s for GWR. When I applied the link for the SOL form didn’t load.

It’s a generic first group B1 Safety Form (very similar but not the same as other company forms). Just start an application for a different GWR depot driver’s job as they have lots open and then you can click the pdf link under the additional information section.
