Trainz 2019 Not Downloading [ERROR 502]

I just bought Trainz 2019 on their store, but cannot download it as both installers show this Error 502 bad gateway. I cleared cache, but still to no avail. Does anybody know how to fix this issue, as digital downloads are apparently non-refundable?

Might be them, try a different browser or contact support.
I wouldn't worry about losing the digital download, it will be safe.

I'ved tried again after a while and it worked this time. Another issue I've run into, however, is that whenever I try to download anything from DLS, nothing happens when I click the download button. I've also tried downloading individually via the content manager, but the button is also not doing anything. Is it an issue with the browser again?

Your best bet is to contact support.
What I would do first is clear cache/cookies in your browser and give it a whirl tomorrow.

As stated above the red arrow, download cart is not supported post TS12, TANE and newer, which includes the TS19 you’ve mentioned you are using.
