Hi. I'm Ziggy Shadow-Dust and I like to point out that I bungled up my username on registration so I'm missing a letter 't' at the end. My baaaaad.

I'm from Northern Ireland, live in Carrickfergus, roughly 800 yards from the Belfast-Larne line where all the NIR thumpers go, including the 35 year-old 80 class which is still pottering about a few times a day.

I've got a website which I've been putting my photos on since I started my hobby in spring 2008. Big things to expect this summer is a trip on the annual RPSI Steam and Jazz trains, and a two-week holiday in England where I'll be running around the big railway stations like a roadrunner from Whitby to Penzance, including an entire day in London. Good job Kings Cross, Euston and St Pancras are beside each other. *phew* Can't wait.

The first major update. The Railway Preservation Society of Ireland's first of four Steam & Jazz trains. It's a small collection at the moment, but will get bigger especially as I'll be travelling on the fourth and final trip on July 2nd.
