I am hoping that somebody from Raileasy/Trainsplit is looking at this site.
I have tried to book myself some tickets via Trainsplit, but it seems to be stuck at one of the last stages, the one where a pop up tells me they are creating my tickets and to wait for a minute. I am assuming they do mean earth minutes and not a Uranus minute, but it had been about 30 (earth) minutes before I gave up, and emailed them. All I got was an auto response saying they are busy and might take days to reply. The trouble is I have "paid" via credit card, but have had no confirmation, and these advances will be being sold elsewhere from this price level. I am reticent to repeat the booking on EMR's own website, as I don't want to double book.
Any suggestions?
