Hi,

I hold an Advance Single from Gipsy Hill (GIP) to Totnes (TOT) but my plans have changed and so I'll amend my ticket.

I will be booking for the same passenger, origin, and destination - if the outward leg is also an advance but part of one booking and transaction comprising both outward and return legs, will this be covered by the amendment policy?

Thanks

There is no issue with amending only the outbound or only the inbound portion of a journey with advances. Similarly, it's not an issue if you're amending a one-way journey with a new return booking, which I believe is what you are asking?

It cannot be completed via the online refunds form, and you will need to email customer services instead, though.

That is indeed what I was asking. Thanks!
