According to their blog in 2021, they are unable to provide cycle reservation.

Is it still the case for now? If so, that's a shame as travelling long distance for a cycle trip like from London to Yorkshire, would really need a well secured bike reservation to make that possible.

Need to secure cycle reservation on both ways in each segment. If not, the bike will no way to be able to be brought in the trip.
So you need bike reservations of the entirely normal variety.

You can book cycle reservations along with your ticket on some TOC websites, regardless of which TOC you're travelling with. I often use Scotrail for this purpose - the option to reserve a bike appears just below "seating preferences" once you've chosen your ticket.

I'd use GWR or SWR for such purpose as they provide cycle reservation, and also deliver all tickets in a single PDF.

Yeah, but the problem is: if you want to do some split ticketing for long-distance travel saving, then you can't do at a TOC site (unless you don't mind the hassle of doing multiple searches and purchase in one go).
