I just checked on Trainsplit for my journey later this morning from Carlisle to Dumfries on a Day Return, forgetting that Scotrail don’t have Peak prices these days - I wanted to see if I can get an earlier train than my originally planned 09:55 ex-CAR.
All good as it’s the same price any time nowadays, however I noticed in the small print: “Sorry, we're only permitted to sell paper tickets for the journey you've selected.”
This is strange, as I currently have in my Apple Wallet e-tickets for today’s travels, bought a couple of days ago.
Is this a blip on the website, or am I going to have a problem with my e-tickets?
