Trains to Ffos-y-fran/Cwmbargoed

What's the timetable for trains to/from the Ffos-y-fran/Cwmbargoed Coal Disposal Point at Merthyr Tydfil? And how reliable are trains at sticking to the timetable?

My office overlooks the line between Central and Queen St and I normally see an MGR go past towards Central at around 3pm most days. Northbound there is one that passes sometime between 1pm and 3pm.

Hope this helps, I am going back to my desk now to watch the DMU Bubble car shuttling past the office window!

I don't know how regular they'll be at leaving Ffos y Frân, but they'll have to be regular at the Cardiff end in order to squeeze between the passenger services at Queen Street. Looking at the public timetable, the only southbound gaps in the service between 0700 and 1900 are as follows:

0706, 1116, 1251, 1516, 1841

Northbound: 0704, 1044, 1109, 1519, 1848, 1858
