What happened this morning? Dozens of cancellations! I got on the 1110 to Chester which also had passengers from the 0910 and 1010 cancellations. This itself was terminated short at Crewe and disappeared back southwards with no passengers on (anyone know why/where?). Passengers picked up the next london-chester train.
Extra brownie points to ATW for holding the 143x departure from chester so that passengers for north wales coast could connect.
