Trainpal refund problem

I bought 4 tickets via Trainpal to go from Blackpool North to Glasgow on 30/11 and return on 3/12.
As the ASLEF drivers are walking out on 3/12 I have applied for a refund but Trainpal have said that the refund has failed!
What can I do now please?

If they’re advance singles, you’ll probably need to wait for the trains to be cancelled before you can apply for a refund.
