Trainline tickets are available before LNER ... is there a risk in buying ?

I want to book tickets on LNER for the end May, early June but these are not available yet, also not available on RailUK Tickets

I see today they are available on the Trainline at quite a cheap price.

Is there a risk these trains won't run .. or LNER just more cautious

I understand there's a fee with the Trainline .. is it a fee per ticket, or flat fee ?

I'm buying a two-train journey for my wife and I .. return too .. so 4 journeys in total

LNER's website is happily selling me tickets for late May and into June! Might be worth checking again.

Just booked and received my tickets by email .. just 4 minutes before receiving an alert from LNER.

I managed to book my hotel too, so all is great
