Training jobs

Evening chaps,
Has anyone gone for any training based jobs on the railway such as course leaders, rules trainers or performance course leaders? Apart from the usual questions and presentation based interview, would there be any other specific questions that would be asked as such?

I work as a trainer for LUL .... Usually questions on Equality etc...and how or what policies would you use if you had a difficult trainee

Definately company policies are a must for trainers. Health and safety as well
