Hi

Can anyone advise what the recruitment process is for Trainee Train Planners?
In particular with First TOCS?
I was looking to find out if it was interview process only or assessment and interviews?

I was invited to interview with First Capital Connect for a Trainee Train Planner's position - though I dropped out of the process before the interview for various reasons. I was, however, send a packet of assessment materials - the main one appeared to be some sort of cognitive reasoning test, and I believe there was also mention of testing numeracy skills.

Sorry I can't offer more detail but I recently threw the materials away, and didn't look at them in a lot of detail.

stick to what you're after Dave, planning jobs IMHO are a nightmare, very hard work when something goes wrong
