Hi sorry if this has been asked several times already, but I basically passed my 1st assessment day with lorol and have been invited back for the 2nd assessment in watford. Now I should be good with the tests, as in I knida have an idea on what to expect. But what I really needed help on was the structured interview, as I know alot of people fail on that.

Well done on passing stage 1. Rather than getting people to repeat what has already been listed on here I would suggest using the search facility and entering the word "structured" and lots of threads will come up that may be of use - including this one:

Have a read of that and others and if you still have any questions then ask again but maybe in a more specific way based on your particular concerns?

Sorry Havent been on for a while, just curious, I know you only get two chances to apply for being a train driver if you fail. What if i decide to quit before the second assessment whould that mean i lost one of my chances
