Trainee Train Driver

Hello All,

I applied to become a trainee train driver with Heathrow express. They called me today and told me they would like to have a telephone interview with me. Does enyone know what is it like? What kind of questions will they be asking?

questions will be why you want the job what type of traction hex use what do you know about the company but most of all its to see how you would come across on the pa or on the radio as communication is a big part of the job.

I think the job will involve driving Class 360/2 Desiro and Siemens Class 332 driving heathrow connect and heathrow express services.Safety will probably come up.customer services etc

Hi can I ask when you applied, and where you live? I have been told even if your answers on the application are good you still might not get called for the next stage if you live too far away?
